On June 17, 2013, in St. Nicholas Cathedral in New York, NY, Archbishop Justinian presented the Patriarchal Certificate of Merit to Mr. Alexander Bibicheff, the founder of the law firm Bibicheff &Associates, P.C. with words of appreciation and blessings. During the award ceremony, Archbishop Justinian specially highlighted professional and dedicated work of Alexander Bibicheff and all his associates. He stated that they are capable and willing to help immigrants, who came from all over the world to the USA, and because of carrying attitude of this cohesive team many members of the Russian Orthodox Church in the USA feel more confident and protected by the law of the United States. Patriarchal Certificate of Merit took a special place among other recognitions because it has a special meaning for the founder of the law firm.
